New Blogskin

Hey hey.. Back with a new blogskin, nice right? Haha, at least to me is very nice. I like the simplicity. Exams finally over and finally I can rest but only for this week, next week need to go back to school for the java cert thingy. Think of it, I am a bit lazy to go and I not even sure when will it end. Initially the plan for holidays is to hit the gym with ah bao and ben but with the java cert, we have to give up on that plan.

Yesterday was my father-in-law birthday. We went to Crown Palace Restuarant to have our dinner and we ate a lot. I was like so bloated. This year he turned 50 years old and we(brother-in-laws, hubby and me) gave him a big big present. Lucky he like it, if not all of us would have been heart-broken with empty pockets.

Talking about phone. I am very pissed off with M1. For a couple of months they never send the bills to me hence I forgot about it as I am not using the M1 line, I was jus holding the line to wait for the contract to ends then cancel it. Never send me the bills never mind then came a lawyer letter and need to pay the overdue bills and on top of it the laywer fee. I was thinking save trouble, I do not wish to argue with them since I left 3 more months to end of contract then came another bills, $300! $300 for early termination which human beings with the right mind will pay $300 when at the first place I did not terminate my line and secondly now I only left one more month to the end of contract. Later I am going to call their customer service and who ever pick up the call, I'm sorry, you are gonna hear me scream.

Being a young mum

Feeling very emotional just now. I was watching a show on channel 8, it is a documentary show. The production group actually film 2 pair of parents-to-be right up to the birth of their child. One of the couple are young couple, think the guy is doing his NS while the girl is still studying in poly. I actually cried while watching it, tomorrow is the day where exactly 2 years ago I was in their shoes. Its not easy to give birth, the looks on both of the mother face just make me cried, they are so "wei da", all mothers are. Some who ever watched the show might said they looked ugly during labour but to me, that's the look of great sacrifice, courage and love. Guys will never understand the process.

Watching the 2 mother in labour really reminds me of my labour. I really regret not filming it on video cam because I do not know what actually happen down under me, haha, I only know I am in pain pain pain. My labour was more like the other mum not the young one as the young one opt for epidural(painkiller)while the older one chose not to so as to experience the whole process of giving birth. For those who do not know, if mummy opt for epidural which will be administrated around your lower spine they might not know when to push the baby out as they can't feel it due to the fact that their lower body will be numb. I chose to go "epiduraless" to experience the whole birth process and I never regret though the whole process is like hell but the "award" you get from this experience is priceless and there is no words to describe the moment you hold on and hug the "award".

It's seem like yesterday where I hold on to my "award". Watching the show, I felt so lucky that my labour only lasted 6 hours, the labour for both mum in the show lasted about 13hours. 6 hours to me is already like forever, can't imagine if my labour last 13 hours. You guys can read my birth story at ---> Birth Story. My baby will be 2 tomorrow and I am more excited than him... He is one of my greatest achievement in life, because of him, I am able to see my future, because of him, I am able to set my goals, because of him, I have tried to become a better person. He is my strength in life.

Being a young mum had never been easy for me but I am very lucky. Lucky to have my supporting family, my in-laws, they are one of the most wonderful people I ever met without their support, life would be even harder and of course my friends. With my hubby starting a good stable job, life had never been better. A few people had been asking me when will I think of a second baby, haha, if possible of course now, haha but I can't as 1. hubby just started working, let him settle in with his new job first, 2. I need to finsih my poly first, 3. need to buy a flat first 4. savings savings savings. So at the mean time I shall enjoy all my time with my precious, Kiern first. I love Kiern!!! Muacks!!!

Feeling very tired... Yes I had said I will post after exams but I just need somewhere to pour out my stress. Was feeling so stress that I couldn't sleep last night. In my whole mind I was so scared, keep thinking what if i can't get my A's. Guess I give myself too much pressure. Keep worrying the whole night, only able to catch my sleep around 5 plus. Even while studying I keep worrying about it that I cannot concentrate on my books. Then I thought why keep stressing myself? Why do I need my A's for? Why do I need to maintain my gpa at 3 and above? It's not as if I want to go to local uni. Even if I get the chance I couldn't as I have my other responsibility. I only wish to study a part time degree course. So why do I stress myself so much??? Do not wish to pressure myself anymore, as long as I pass all module I am happy enough. Yes I do not wish to stress myself with A's anymore. Whether I get into J2EE is all up to my own fate. All I wish is finish school fast and get a diploma, don't care whether got A's a not, I just want my certificate and for time to pass fast real fast. Basically this sem suck... so faster end better heck care about A's just want to end this sem fast and get my well deserve break.

Have been very busy with school works recently. No time to updates. Initially I was very busy with school project that I do not even have time to sleep and now I am busy with exams and my boy birthday party which will be held on this coming saturday.

Exams: I want to get all A's!!! So as to maintain my gpa as my VB and sem project might had pull me down. Especially my data structure, its a must to get A as I do not wish to go to .NET enterprise for various reasons. For those who have doubts that I will not make it to J2EE, I will prove you wrong...

I will post again probably after my exams, the last paper is on 28/08. So while I fight for my A's those who ponder my blog by chance, do come back later and take care :)

Fruitful Weekend

Getting a break from my project. Got problems with the validation part. This week my weekend very busy will fill you guys with my weekend.

Let's start with friday.

28/07: Mahjong kakis came at 11pm but I was busy with my project and my Kiern as he is still awake so hubby help to play first. Only able to start playing at 12 plus, near 1 am. 11 plus as I am in my room then I heard a bike honk and I was like sure they ordered MacDonald again so I looked down from my room window and saw the delivery man at the gate and gab was paying him. Then I was a bit angry with lao ye because I thought lao ye why never ask if I want to eat a not. But later when I went down to play then realised lao ye ordered mcNuggets for me, hehe. Anyway we played till 5 am, won quite a lot as lao ye gamed 2 times 13 wonders ("shi san yao"), one of it somemore is zhi mo. We game a lot full house that day as in 5 bonus as we played maximum 5. After the game lao ye said one month do not need to worry about $$$ then I reminded him that our precious birthday coming then he like yeah can open party for him le...

29/07: I was busy with project the whole afternoon then I went out at 7 plus to watch lao ye performance in Woodlands. For those who do not know, my lao ye got his own band and he is the drummer. That night their performance not so good not their best but should be a good experience for them as they are used to indoor performances. After their performance saw Peter then took a pic of his sleeve(should be one of his diver tee) as it said "frog human", haha, so is he a frog or a human? We went to la kopi before going home. Reached home and I am stuck with project again till 3 am. Oh.. and a gal approach me after their performance while they are packing up and asked if I were with them then I go and said "ya" then she said she from a JC then want to find band to perform during a charity that they are holding or something like that. I asked lao ye to talked to her then he go asked Zhang Wei to come, while waiting for that guy, she asked if lao ye was my bf then I replied that he is my hubby then she gave that look and said we looked young don't seem to be married. Again... these kind of thing always happen when I said I am married then they will asked the same old questions and I need to say the same old story.

30/07: After lunch with my sis and mummy, they brought my precious home while I go meet my secondary gal pals. Supposed to meet them at 3pm, I reached at 3.10pm then received a sms from Huixin telling me Liling and her will be late. Asked her who coming then she reply got Meixin and Ruijing as well. Saw the name list and I was like sure all late as usual since secondary school days so I went to kiddy palace and buy some stuffs. They arrived between 3.30pm to 3.45pm. Today our topics is like sooooo different from usual. We actually talked about marriage, house, kids then the feeling is like we all really grow up le or should I said we grow mature.. haha.. We finished our gals talk at 9.45pm. After that I went to my parents place to pick my precious up and came home and PROJECT again...

Just now went to read Summer blog then realised maybe she can make up as one more kakis to form my nyp mahjong kakis. Asked my class ppl to play with me and only 2 guys from my class know how to play then like "san yue yi".. haha..

Today morning read the newspaper and there is article saying people who blog are trying to be famous or want to get attention. Well I do agree with it some how or other but that is only applied to some bloggers. Blogger like me who do not even go around asking people to link me and do not even go around telling people I got blog (most of them only know my old blog url which I had stop blogging for like 1 year, this blog only a few know) are bloggimg for the fun of it. Most importantly, I know as time goes by the purpose of my blog is for myself to read up to remind myself of some memories especially of the mile stone of my precious baby, Kiern.

Nonsense words from me

I have a lot of things to say yet I do not know how to say it out. Maybe I will say it out later or maybe write it out or maybe I keep it in my heart. Human beings is a complex creature. Most of the time we do not know what the other is thinking, at times we even do not know what we are thinking ourselves. Some homoSapiens can be ruthless, some can be friendly. Some may look mature with a child mind, some may look kiddo with an old mind. I had met quite a lot of people in my 22 years life span and most of them just come and go. Well of course I had a few who stand by me. I like to help friends but to what extend should I stop, have I turn ruthless too, should I blame the circumstances or should I blame myself? Sometimes I feel guilty but some said I shouldn't be. I am in a confusion state now. Maybe I think too much. But is this how homoSapiens suppose to be? At times I feel sorry, at times I don't so, what am I thinking? Am I a devil or an angel, only time will tell... ...

I want a Jimmy Choo!!!

I was feeling better this morning but by afternoon I felt ill again. Getting mind block as well maybe because of my headache. Hope to feel better tomorrow.

Went to my mother place in the afternoon. While on our(my sis, my baby and me) way to meet my mum for lunch, my little precious knock himself on a pillar, haha... kinda funny. My little precious turned his head to look at other people while walking forwards when he turned back his head he knock on a pillar, well not really knock more like kiss the pillar. Then he also mime my action today. Before going out of my parents house to meet my mum, my baby saw a handphone pouch laying on a table then he grab hold of it and hold the same way as I did with my handphone pouch. After walking a distance, I want to take pictures for my baby then I squat down and he mime me again...

Today I saw my mum and sis with nice nails then they told me they bought nail art stuffs from a push cart at Northpoint Shopping center so we went there during dinner. Today was the last day for the nail art seller in Northpoint as she change her location once the contract for a particular place ended(normally is 7 days). We bought 12 nail polish pen for nail art at one go, my dad offered to pay for it, haha, that what he get for having 3 vain ladies by his side. My sis commented that for the 1 week that the seller is there, she earned most from them as in my mum and my sis. My mum even got so friendly with her that the seller gave us one nail polish pen for free. I saw JinFu, Jaymond and Boon Chew in Northpoint today. Boon Chew even saw my aunty side as I chased my boy around Level 3.

Before I end my blog for today, I just want to say I WANT A JIMMY CHOO!!! Think I will drop by Jimmy Choo boutique after my exams as I do not have any spare time for shopping now. Will add in my wishlist soon...

Sick...

Went to see doctor yesterday and it cost me 46 bucks! So expensive. Got runny nose, block nose, headaches, cough, sore throat and phlegm, get sick at the wrong time, a time to rush project and exam. Doctor asked me to take plenty of rest for this weekend but how to? Project need to be done and DBMS quiz 2 is coming up. Only manage to rest yesterday afternoon and spend my whole evening and night doing project. Exam timetable is going to be release in less than 24 hours. I felt that this sem super fast.

21-07-2006: Wai Cheong birthday. Happy birthday WC!!! We did not celebrate his birthday this year. Last year we went to Sentosa. This year we celebrate his birthday in terms of feeding him 白白胖胖(fair and chubby).. lol. He had a huge portion of lunch. He ate 2 roti prata, 1 plate of rojak, one hot dog bun, one box of fruit salad, green bean soup and one can of drink. All contribute by different people. I will upload the pictures later, too lazy to upload now.

Project!!!

Went to watch "Pirates of the Caribbean" today with my hubby. I was so tired that I doze of a few minutes during the show. This sequel a bit bored and dragging, maybe because they want to show the exciting parts on part 3? Can't wait for part 3, Chow Yun Fatt will be acting in it too.

Haiz... ... While I am typing right now, my precious is digging all the things in the room and throwing it on the floor. Bedroom is his big playground. Everyday got to wait for him to sleep then I like Maria got to clear up all the mess he made, haha.

Today very stress with project. Got to do up a table for library items because like the member who supposed to do that is MIA and I need his stuff. Haiz.. Then got to do all the codings... moreover my java not so good then like, to do finish need sometimes... How I hope now got one saviour to help me finish up my project. 3 more weeks to deadlines. Stress... ...

Swop Room

Today is a busy day. Wake up early to swop room. Had swop into a bigger room with my darling in his small room. My room is still messy, when free then I will clear up. Today went to BBDC circuit and first time I saw a private lady instructor and she is quite hip.. haha. I was quite satisfy with my driving today hopefully during test day, it will be this good as well.

I am tired.

Yes I am tired.. Just break down but feeling better now but tired. Just read something and its kind of hurts. I do not wish to say more. Had said what i wanna to say. Anyway my phone is giving me loads of problem(cannot detect network, auto restart, hang and loose part) , had sent it for service and I am only able to get it back on thursday afternoon. Those who want to contact me have to wait till thursday. The person who serve today at the customer service, he had an attitude. I would not said that he is rude but he just had this attitude that I felt quite intimidated. I was telling him about my sliding phone being loose and he kind of shoot me, talking in a super fast and higher authority than me way, he did not give me a chance to speak. At least he still smile. haha...

Today went to Party World with hubby, we sing our hearts out as just the two of us, sang song that we do not have chance to sing as most of the time we go in quite a big group.. haha.. but with only 2 person, the 4 hours of singing is like so so long.

There going to be some changes in the house. Going to swop rooms with my brother-in-laws so that my precious can have his cosy small room for himself which is a bedroom itself. How to describe... Hmm.. my second bro-in-law is sleeping in a room with a balcony and my youngest bro-in-law is sleeping in the balcony which had been convert to a small bedroom. My parents in law decided to build a room at the second level small living room and that is where the youngest will sleep and we will swop room so the second bro-in-law will sleep my room now.. Understand what I said? No? Haha.. Think I will take pics and upload later to make u guys understand.

Peaceful Weekend

Now sipping red wine and typing my blog with my hubby beside me playing his game(he just offer me a ciggarette) while our precious is sleeping. What a peaceful weekend(with my favourite red wine)... Earlier Garbiel called and asked if wanna go clubbing but hubby said he don't want. Actually I also don't feel like going too because I want to finish up my online biz stuff (need to edit pictures and do new layout) although most of the time I am tempted to go. I had finished editing the pictures, now only left description, btw new arrival is in but haven upload yet because description not done. Will update you guys once I upload it. Your strong support will be greatly appreciated.

Next week start, I will be busy for about one and the half month. Need to finish up my project and exam is coming up(Target A! Though I doubt I will do better than last sem), oh and not to forget my driving test. To Class 0514: THIS IS A REMINDER, WE ONLY LEFT 4 WEEKS SO BUCK UP FOR PROJECT! GOOD LUCK! This does not imply to Ah Bao as he is too good for my good luck wishes, ha! Cannot wait for this sem to end, left 3 more sem to graduation, yesh!

This week no mahjong session, hand is itching now.. haiz.. have to wait next week. Feel like going shopping tomorrow oops! Should be today as past 12am le. Want to buy shoe, last month till now never buy a single shoe. My record is May 2006 where I bought 4 shoes, 1 birkenstock Heidi klum range which set me back at $169, 2 heels which I bought in Genting and 1 heels which I bought for my birthday. I am a shoes fanatic, I want to be the next Imelda Marcos! Haha, if you guys don't know her, go check out, I would just said she shocked the police with her number of shoes! For the record, everyone should own a birkenstock. Worth every cent! Very comfortable, you can wear it practically anywhere. I am thinking of getting another one, maybe a madrid to match with my dresses(gonna search for online spree...). I also want to get one wedge from Pazzion. Have you gals check on that store. They have some sexy wedges, very seductive, well at least to me, hehe, do check it out..

Portugal lost... Hmm.. was hoping that they will and proceed to the finals. I like to see underdogs win, this will make the game more fun but I guess they are still not strong enough to go on.

Yesterday went to celebrate Mike's birthday(hubby bandmate cum Standard Value{selling pc and music stuffs} boss). Went to eat at the eating house around Upper Thomson. We had chilli crab.. yummy, favourite. After dinner went to Icekimo, a handmade ice-cream cafe at Sin Ming to cut cake. Ice cream there is so yummy. I tried the horlicks and belgium chocolate, loved the horlicks favour. Nice place to chill out with friends, away from the noisy environment. Happy birthday, Mike!

Today took my VB quiz 2, haiz so disappointed with this module. I was hoping to maintain my grades at 'A' and 'B' but with the rate I am performing for VB, I am gonna have a 'C'. Arghhhh...........

Just finished watching World Cup, England vs Portugal. England miss their chance to win world cup again. I think Germany gonna be in a mess in few minutes time or maybe right now it is in a mess because England fans are known to be aggressive and they tends to start a fight. Well maybe I am wrong, we shall watch this evening news to see the situation.

Great Service Award

So hungry... ... Now waiting for mcdonald delivery. Today gonna sleep late again. These few days kinda busy. Busy with test, school work and new batch of clothes. Oh for those who do not know, me and my pal are selling ladies apparels online at ---> Joie De Vivre (do take a look). We going to put up new arrival soon. Today school ends at 5pm because Ms Lim (my lecturer) changed our friday lessons to today. First half of lesson, we took a test and go through OOAD practical. Second half of lesson supposed to do project thing but I ended up playing Google Earth, all thanks to Xiao Qiang and Harmon. Spend quite a long time locating my house.. haha... then we also "fly to" France to see the Eiffel Tower, Hong Kong to see Disneyland, we also saw pyramid etc. Haha, Google Earth kind of interesting. Today took a cab home and I like to say the cab driver is a friendly guy, with all the big hooha on Singapore customer service not up to standard but this taxi driver customer service is very good. Before he start the journey, he actually check and confirm which way I going and even asked if the air con is alright for me. Great Service Award goes to the cab number--->SHA 9391L

Back In School

Today back in school after 2 weeks of term break. Very tired because of my baby. He was so energetic that he fell asleep only at 1am and to wake up at 2.30am(I think he had a nightmare) again, screaming and crying. Only manage to put him back to sleep at around 4am.

My blog here is still under construction(at the mean time those who are new with my blog can read my blog from my previous uRL) as I do not have much time to complete the whole thing. So litttle time yet so many things to do especially with my baby around. At times he will need my attention which will consume my own time, its something all mother will go through. It's amazing to see him grow day by day, sometimes I just felt that I given birth to him not long ago. Going to find a day care for him soon. Hopefully to start him at day care on September. It's time for him to learn how to interact people at his age.

Really tired now, going to fall asleep. Tomorrow gonna have lotsa things to do too. First thing to start my day is my driving lesson at 8.30am.

Well, let's start from where I left from my previous blog. Yes I no longer working anymore, back in school at NYP and now in my 2nd year(FINALLY!!! 1 more year to go)School had been great. Met some great crazy ppl and well what can i say, it's good to feel young.. haha because all my classmates except 1(opps!) are younger than me.One of the most memorable is my birthday. The whole class except Ben who flew to Thailand on that day went to eat Seoul Garden to celebrate my birthday. Nearly whole class skip lesson due to the celebrations except for Ah bao the goody-two-shoes student who want prefect attendance, Kenneth and Jun Xian as their attendance percentage is well...

Today my baby, Kiern is 22months old. He is a "super baby" as in super energetic, super hot tempered, super playful etc but he is still my precious baby who without fail will brightens up my days with his smile.His birthday is coming but we still have no idea how to help him celebrate. Throw a party? Low affair celebration? hmm... no matter what, we are getting him, his sesame street cake.He loves to watch Sesame Street especially Elmo.



Think I will stop here. There is so much more to say but i do not wish to bore you guys with my old grandmother story. I shall a while and wait for my mahjong Kakis to come...
